Refund Request: To be eligible for refund or exchange of services, you must first email us within 3 working days of receiving your order at cs@alpharts.com to alert us of the request and the reason as to why you are unsatisfied. Upon receipt of your email, the senior team will review your case and let you know about the decision with in 24 hours
